Brinker Case Webinar -
What does the decision mean for employers?

You’re invited to join us for a webinar to discuss the highlights of the recent California Supreme Court's decision in Brinker v. Superior Court and what it means for employers. California employers have followed this case for over three years, waiting for this critical decision that impacts wage and hour law, especially on the subject of an employer’s obligation to “provide” meal periods and rest breaks.

Join strategic HR consultant, Linda Duffy, and corporate and employment attorney, Marla Merhab Robinson, to discuss:

  • Key aspects of the Court's decision;
  • How the Court’s decision will impact employers; and
  • Best practices and what your company should do to comply.
