There is a huge economic divide between un-educated poor parents in Guatemala and the aspirations of their upwardly mobile (and hopeful) children. The Chick Boss mission is to train and highly compensate (2.5 x over Fair Trade) these adults in the hope of making a substantial, not marginal difference in their lives.
