She will be promoting the event and sponsors on local radio stations and of course directing the registrants to local businesses in the area to continue their journey after she is gone. It will be a day of renewing of the mind, body and spirit with exercise, healthy food, shopping and fun! Lots of vendors, give aways and activities to complete a full day of renewal.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Heart of Hannah, a non-profit organization that rehabilitates battered women to give them a hope and a future.
