You will learn machine troubleshooting from a cause-and-effect standpoint. Premier embroidery machine technician, Bill Garvin, will teach you to analyze common stitching symptoms and determine the possible cause and solution.

Deborah Jones writes the "Technically Speaking" column for Stitches Magazine and is a frequent speaker at ISS and other Embroidery Trade Shows. She is author of the book "Machine Embroidery on Difficult Materials" and "Dimensional Machine Embroidery". Her embroidery studio is just outside of Dallas, Texas.

Bill Garvin is a tenured embroidery machine repair expert with over 20 years in the industry. Ask him your embroidery machine maintenance and repair questions. Bill's depth of knowledge is absolutely amazing.
