"Social Media: An Interactive MUST for Your Business"

 Westmoreland SCORE is again offering a Workshop designed to help you navigate the Social Media communication outlets such as Facebook, Twitter,  and blogging sites.  The Workshop lasts about  3-1/2 hours and will cover the following topics, among others: 

• What is Social Media? 
• Using Social Media to connect with your customer
• Engage your customers  
• Listen to what your customers are saying 
• Improve search engine rankings  
• Using Social Media to improve customer service  
• Blogging for business  
• Is Social Media right for MY business?
  

This workshop promises to help you understand Social Media and to explain how to use Social Media to help your business grow. The Social Media Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, PA from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. If you need to understand Social Media, come spend the morning with us to learn how it can strengthen your business.   

The Social Media Workshop will be conducted by Dawn March and Megan DePrimio, members of the St. Vincent Marketing Matrix.  SCORE mentors will also be present.
