Each cooking class introduces two recipes. You'll watch demonstrations annd hear great cooking/healthy eating tips throughout. You will also get to eat the delicious results. (Recipes will be posted at a later date)
Nancy Behnke Strasser, MS, RD, and Amina Cavallo will teach you how to prepare balanced, health-promoting recipes.
Come ready to sample!
