Dear Masters, Instructors, Parents and Athletes:
 
On behalf of Juan Moreno and Marlene Monroy, we invite all TKD athletes to attend the SEMINAR OF CHAMPIONS 5 on Saturdayday June 2nd.  This Olympic-style sparring seminar will be held at the Seton High School Gymnasium, Manasas Virginia.

Last year Annual SEMINAR OF CHAMPIONS was held on Sunday May 30, 2011 at the Northeast Sport Training Complex in Warwick, Rhode Island.  Close to 100 Taekwondo athletes from 10 states (FL, IN, VA, DE, RI, MA, CT, NH, NJ and NY) attended the event.  Olympic Team coaches Juan Moreno and Mexico National Team Coach Marlene Monroy put together an excellent sparring curriculum for the participants.  The six-hour program included sessions dedicated to sport-specific conditioning, offensive & defensive techniques, and strategic concepts.  The final part of the training consisted of a 120-minute sparring session.
