We have two great opportunities to pitch in and support Sustainable Computing in our community!
Volunteers are needed for both of the events being hosted May 11 and May 12 from 9 am - 2 pm:
Electronic Waste Collection Days at the Purple Lot of Memorial stadium & Serve IT Re-Useable Equipment Dontation at the Harry Gladstone Fieldhouse parking lot
Some volunteers will greet guests and explain procedures, while other volunteers are needed to lift donations from guest vehicles, load Serve IT truck and facilitate signing of property release forms.
We are offering a new opportunity for reuse by partnering with Serve IT, a School of Informatics and Computing sponsored technology clinic that provides resources to local non-profits. Items they cannot use will be given to Hoosier to Hoosier with proceeds going to United Way agencies.
