Welcome to the greatest Amateur Radio event on the West Coast and the ARRL National Convention!
This is your opportunity to get in front of the largest number of hams in the western United States. Bring your wares and your order forms, because you are likely to have a great opportunity to sell your products and services.
The hours that the Exhitbit Hall will be open to the convention attendees are:
Booth setup can begin at 9:00 am on Friday October 12th.
Each 10 ’x 8’ booth includes one 30” x 8’ table with linen table cloth, one chair, one (1) 500 watt electrical outlet, sign, pipe & drape. Vendors can combine multiple 10’ x 8’ booths to create a larger vendor area. The side drapes will be omitted when creating the larger space. Each 10' x 8' booth space must be paid for in advance.
This year's fees are:
1) 2012 Rate Guarantee - $325.00 (Only for 2011 vendors who participated in the 2011 guarantee rate freeze with deposit are eligible. Rate is $375 - $50 deposit.)
2) 2012 Standard Booth Rate - $495.00
3) 2012 Table Area - $235.00
Please take a look at the vendor hall layout, and choose your spot(s). Some spots may already be rented. During registration you will be asked to give us your first and second location preferences, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Spaces will be provided on a first come, first served basis, with the understanding that we need to place vendors in the most efficient manner possible.
