Scott McNealy co-founded Sun Microsystems, Inc., serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman for over 22 years. During his tenure, he transformed Sun from a Silicon Valley start-up to a leading provider of network computing. Scott is the founder of Curriki.org (a global online community devoted to eliminating the education divide) and also currently serves as Chairman and lead investor for the social engagement service, Wayin. Scott’s vision and business acumen have made him one of the most influential and widely quoted leaders in the complex, fluid and fast-moving technology industry.

Dr. Jac , as he is known worldwide, is acknowledged as the father of human capital strategic analysis and measurement. He has published 12 books and over 300 articles, reports and book chapters on measurement and strategic management. As founder of the Saratoga Institute in 1980, he developed the first international HR benchmarking service, eventually covering 2,000 companies in a dozen countries. He has trained more than 90,000 managers in 46 countries. SHRM cited Dr. Jac as one of the fifty persons in the past fifty years who have significantly changed what HR does and how it does it. IHRIM gave him its Chairman’s Award for innovation in HR technology. HR World picked him as one of the Top 5 HR management gurus.
Patty McCord has served as Netflix Chief Talent Officer since 1998.Patty and her team maintains the unique corporate culture at Netflix, hire new talent, and keep the organization lean and flexible despite enormous growth.
Patty has many years of experience in human resources with high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Netflix, Patty worked at her own consultancy, Pure Software, Borland, Sun Microsystems and Seagate.

Jim Ware works with senior executives to design a future of work that leverages people, attracts talent, and saves money. He is a former Harvard Business School professor who has spent his entire career helping clients invent their own futures by exploring and interpreting the changing nature of work, the workforce, and the workplace. He is currently the founder and Executive Director of The Future of Work…unlimited, Global Research Director for Occupiers Journal Ltd., and a Partner with The FutureWork Forum. He is a co-author of four books on the digital economy; he holds PhD, M.A., and B.Sc. degrees from Cornell University and an MBA (With Distinction) from the Harvard Business School. He lives and works in Berkeley, California.
Sally founded Forshay to build a new business model for how top talent can engage with some of the Bay Area’s most progressive companies, through an on-demand model that provides ‘just enough’ structure to support their best work, or through direct-hire opportunities. Sally has extensive experience addressing the unique talent needs of the Bay Area’s most remarkable companies, having worked with iconic leaders such as Genentech and Levi Strauss, rapid-growth start ups including ngmoco:) and Sonos, and radically creative companies like Method Home and IDEO. Prior to creating Forshay, Sally co-founded Flexperience in 2006, growing it into a nationally acclaimed talent firm that was named in 2010 to San Francisco Business Times’ “Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies”.
As a thought leader on work and talent, Sally has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, KQED radio, Forbes, NBC11 News, ABC7 News, Entrepreneur.com, ABC’s View From the Bay, and BNET.com. She has presented to audiences ranging from large business conferences to guest lectures at both Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Sally is a frequent keynote speaker on the topics of talent recruitment and engagement strategies, how to increase the number of women in leadership, and how to apply research on happiness & meaningfulness into a practical work/life blend. She supports other women entrepreneurs through her leadership role at Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research, and in her Board of Advisor.

Mr. Anderson's background includes general management and profit responsibility at the Chief Executive and Board level. As a Senior Business Consultant and Principal at The Glowan Consulting Group, his assignments have included working with top management teams to assist them in adapting to today's rapidly changing business paradigms, developing flexible business and corporate strategies, raising capital and increasing, productivity and profitability. Mr. Anderson is a successful author of "Running the Corporate Rapids: Creating Agile Organizations".
Positions held include President & CEO, Executive Vice President, Vice President Marketing & Sales and Director of International Operations for high-technology companies in the computer and communications business. Mr. Anderson has served as a Director of four California corporations, one New York Corporation, and one "not for profit" New York foundation.

David Dunford has served as Director of IT for Aptina Imaging since October 2007. In this position, he provides executive direction and leadership as head of global IT. He is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, implementation and support of worldwide IT operations. In his role he successfully led the transition of global IT services as Aptina carve-out from Micron Technology. Prior to joining Aptina, David spent 12 years at Micron Technology; the last 4 years as the Remote Site IT Manager where he managed and provided leadership and vision to Micron’s global design centers and sales offices. Prior to Micron Technology, David held various IT engineering and support positions at the LDS Church Corporate Headquarters where he started his career. David holds a B.A. degree in Telecommunications from Weber State University.

Michael is the Founder and CEO of CollabWorks. He has been a CEO for 25 years and has deep functional experience in sales, marketing, engineering, and program management in a broad range of businesses including - aerospace, renewable energy, M&A and turn-around consulting, semiconductor, systems management software, and non-profit activities.
As CEO of CollabWorks, Michael has lead the creation of CollabPort – an online worker manageability platform that guides organizations through a proprietary worker-as-a-service™ (WaaS) process. Michael was formerly the Founder/CEO of Open Country, a leader of remote systems management. Prior to Open Country, he co-founded Introplus, a community profile matching engine company. Michael was also Founder and CEO of MicroModule Systems, a semiconductor company that grew from zero to $46M in revenue before being sold. He has been an Executive Fellow at Santa Clara University. He holds a Masters degree from UCLA and Bachelor degrees in engineering and mathematics from California Polytechnic University. He has several patents to his credit ranging from semiconductor solutions to social networking.
