Doug Erickson

VP APAC, SugarCRM Inc.

Doug Erickson is the VP of AsiaPac for SugarCRM.   He has over 20 years of experience in CRM, SaaS, and web conferencing.  He brings a unique blend of experience in both open source communities, cloud applications, and channel development.  Mr. Erickson is also the chapter host for the Santa Cruz New Tech Meetup, part of a 30,000+ worldwide membership of high tech professionals. Prior to SugarCRM, he was responsible for strategic alliances at Cisco WebEx.

Erin Fetsko

Technical Product Evangelist, SugarCRM Inc.

One part Technical Evangelist, one part Solution Consultant, and one part Sales Enabler, in this role, Erin Fetsko leads customers through the often complex roadways of CRM implementations.   Ms. Fetsko employs agile programming methodology to assure rapid 90-day success sprints.  Ms. Fetsko assists customers and partners along an “Epic Journey” with a focus on solving real measurable business problems rather than feature and function checklists.  

Freddy Soh

Project Director, iZeno

Freddy is a veteran in open source solutions. He is currently the Project Director in iZeno.

In this appointment, he is responsible for management and development of medium term capabilities in technologies related to open source applications. He also leads the company’s SugarCRM development team and had deployed numerous CRM projects.

He graduated with a First Class Honors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey in 1999 and a Master degree from National University of Singapore in 2003. He has both industrial and academic research experiences. In industry, he started off his career as a System Application Engineer in Woodward Governor in Singapore and received a scholarship from Woodward Governor UK to study and work in UK. In academia, he worked as a senior researcher in Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), a member of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) family.
