Competing for Government Contracts - Basic Training 

OTC's Center for Workforce Development and Heartland PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center) will host a seminar titled Competing For Government Contracts – Basic Training. This introductory seminar is an overview of the critical first steps associated with winning government contracts.  The Heartland Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) presents information on how to get started in the government contracting arena, including federal, state and local government registrations and certifications.  The seminar will also cover Heartland PTAC's services available to assist businesses in all aspects of government contracting.
