Bas PunchingAre you looking to:

  • Expand your current classes?
  • Offer new programming?
  • Continue your own personal growth and development?
  • Increase your pro-shop sales?
  • Offer a striking based cardio class that is easy to learn, teach and implement?
  • Learn or improve your ground, submissions, or defenses?

Join us and get certified with Bas Rutten Systems!

We now have 2 great options to best suit your needs.  Attend the first 3 days and get "Fight Club 1" certified, or attend all 7 days and obtain your "MMA 1" certification (must attend all 7 to recieve the "MMA 1" certification).

1. "Fight Club 1" course for all of your stand-up striking needs.   You can now improve your own striking, enhance your current curriculum, create a fun way to challenge yourself or students, and watch your cardio levels skyrocket!  The BRS "Fight Club" program is a non-contact class that utilizes boxing focus mitts, thai-pads, kick shields, and protective equipment like boxing gloves and handwraps.  We teach you striking standing and on the ground to ramp up your workouts and round out your training.

2.  Bas Rutten Systems "MMA 1" course is the full progam in our Level 1 curriculum.  You learn all the "Fight Club 1" material as well as our time tested, and competition proven no-gi submission system.  The BRS "MMA 1" program is based on Jiu Jitsu and will enhance your ground game, understanding of the ground, and make your self-defense skills on the ground more complete.

** Both courses are designed to not only TEACH the material, but how to TEACH it to STUDENTS.  You need NO previous experience to learn, while it helps to have some exposure to grapping or striking it is NOT necessary.  The unique style of Bas Rutten Systems allows us to build progressive techniques that are easy to learn and simple to remember.
