This retreat gives you the opportunity to take your Zentangle® art to help carve out a CZT career path!
It's also a great time to share your tangles and brainstorm strategies with other CZTs.

MARKETING YOURSELF AS A CZT
Create marketing materials for a strong business presence consistent with the Zentangle brand.
We'll take the time to tangle artwork specifically for reproduction of your own marketing aids
used in your business.

STRATEGIES FOR TEACHING CLASSES FOR RETURN BUSINESS
Learn and expand on proven marketing strategies that encourage repeat classes while incorporating Zentangle and third party product sales. Supply and teaching aid resources will be addressed.

  •  Analyze successful sites and focus on and provide web options that suit your needs.
  •  Benefits of Social Media and what works best for you.
  •  Online Blogging - what it takes.

CONSIGNMENT STORE
Do you have a Tangle related trinket or product that CZT's can use? Consign with our store.
A 20% commission will go to Texas Lettering Arts Council, a (501(c)(3) non-profit organization)
that supports the Zentangle method of drawing and promotes the lettering arts.

The seminar price does not include lunch or dinner, however there are 7 restaurants (McDonalds, Subway, Seven Salsas Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean Deli, Starbucks and Jimmy Johns) within walking/delivery distance. We can also do a group order and have it delivered to the hotel.
The hotel will shuttle within a 6 mile radius. So, there is no need to rent a car, unless you feel like you really want to explore, but there will not be a lot of down time to explore unless you stay an extra day or two. Consider the Play Before - Play After option:

Join Suzanne McNeil on an excursion of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex on Thursday, August 30, 2012.
Suzanne McNeill will also facilitate a Play Day Workshop on Monday, September 3, 2012 at Googly Eyes Art & Craft Supplies store located in Irving (less than 5 minutes from DFW).
The fee for the class is $50 and includes all supplies. Payable the day of class.
