A little bit about our Chili Cook-Off:
This is our 8th year doing this, and MAN do we have fun! What could be better than spending a day in the sun, dunking your friends, eating chili, listening to music, winning raffles and sampling amazing craft beer from all over the world? How about doing it for not one but THREE great causes?! Here's a little about each cause:
Love146 works toward the abolition of child trafficking and exploitation through prevention and aftercare solutions while contributing to a growing abolition movement.
Ronald McDonald House New Haven provides a temporary “home-away-from-home” for pediatric cancer patients and their families.
The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to seriously ill children and their families throughout the Northeast, free of charge. It’s a community that celebrates the fun, friendship and spirit of childhood where every kid can “raise a little hell.”
Delaney's 8th Annual Chili Cook-Off & Beer Festival
It's that time of year again! Come down to Delaney's on July 14th, from 1:00pm-5:00pm for live music, chili, and over 100 different beers from all over the world! Talk to brewery reps about their beer, or take a shot at dunking your favorite waitress/bartender in the Dunk Tank! Enjoy Joe Grates' Son's Barbeque! All to benefit three AMAZING local charities!
Tickets are on sale now, just click the Register Now button below, or come down to Delaney's to buy one in person. If you buy your ticket in advance, it's only $30, which includes chili and two pints of beer, and all the samples you'd like to try! If you buy your tickets at the door, they're $35.
