Prosperity 2012 Business Leader Luncheon 
hosted by the City of Eureka 

 

 

Join us on Friday, June 8, 2012 from Noon - 2:00 at the Wharfinger Building for the third in our series of Business Leader Luncheons. This month's luncheon will focus on Diversified Healthcare and Tourism.

Panelists for Diversified Healthcare include:

•  John Backus, Cloney's Pharmacy

• Herrmann Spetzler, Open Door Clinic

Panelists for Tourism include:

• Marc Rowley, Coho Cottages, Willow Creek

•  Donna Hufford, Redwood Parks Lodge, Orick

• Charlotte McDonald, Eureka Main Street 

• Jon O'Connor, North Coast Adventure Centers

 Lunch will be a buffet catered by Cassaro's Catering for $25. The menu will  include: Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders, baked and served with a dipping sauce; Open faced eggplant and roasted tomato melts with basil and fresh parsley; Garden Salad, shredded carrot, cucumbers, peppers, slized zucchini and garbanzo beans; White bean salad with chopped broccoli, roasted tomato -- tossed with pasta, fresh herbs and marinade; Homemade toasted pita wedges; Chocolate brownie parfait layered with fresh fruit, whipped cream and ganache. Coffee water and sparkling punch.
