1st: Lamb Carpaccio | pickled grapes, coriander vinaigrette, pappadum
2nd: Kachori | homemade merguez sausage, cilantro chutney, couscous
3rd: The Offal Course | lamb liver, heart, and kidney
4th: Pasta | braised lamb shanks, ricotta, vadouvan
5th: Salad | lamb bacon, local lettuce, preserved lemon
6th: Cured leg of lamb
7th: Lambcetta - loin of lamb, rolled in belly, chole masala, hakurei turnips
8th: Desert - beet cake, cardamom, roasted pistachio
