Whether it is duck or deer, crappie or trout, the bountiful harvest of Arkansas' forests, fields, rivers and streams is delicious and very wine- friendly. Learn how to best showcase the bounty of the Natural State at your dinner table this autumn.

Cost: $25 per person or $20 each for two people or more
