Misconceptions about Israel, and how the Church and Israel are related need to be cleared up if we are going to understand God’s plans for the future.
This will benefit God’s people in several ways:
- It will reveal a great need: The Jewish people and Christians need reconciliation worldwide. The Bible states that the Lord will richly bless all who call on him (Romans 10:12). This will bring new life into both the Church and the Jewish community (Romans 11:15).
- It will empower God’s people: It’s important to understand end times within its Hebraic context. This dispels the idea of a “pre-tribulation rapture.” God’s people must be ready to carry out His plans during the end times.
- It provides new purpose and direction for God’s people: If you currently feel “restless and unfulfilled” in your journey with the Lord, maybe He is calling you into His plan, which you have yet to understand (Jeremiah 33:3).
