4th of July Celebration  

Volunteer to help in Ann Morrison Park on July 4th!

Volunteers are needed starting 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. We welcome all sorts of volunteer support, ranging from friendly faces at the information and check-in booths to folks securing the fireworks perimeter to help keep everyone safe. We also need a few volunteers July 5. Volunteers must be 18 or older.
 
The day includes the Idaho Statesman Chalk Art Festival, Chalk Land and games for kids, music and the grand finale of fireworks at approximately 10:15 p.m.

 This is the sixth year the Idaho Statesman, Journal Broadcast Group and the City of Boise have worked together to bring Fourth of July Fireworks to our city and the 3rd year of the Idaho Statesman Chalk Art Festival.
