I/We understand that although the program is supervised & staffed by mature and responsible adults who will do their best to ensure the all being and safety of my/our child (ren) during the MAS Youth Camp (Camp Transformer) at Kamp Kupugani/ Camp White Eagle, I am legally responsible for any accident or injury to my child and will not hold the sponsoring members nor the staff liable for such. Furthermore it is my responsibility to instruct my child (ren) to observe proper Islamic behavior and obey regulations that may be provided by the program organizers. By registering and/or allowing my child (ren) to registro for this event, I do accept these terms.
