Out & Equal: Achieving and Promoting a More Equitable Workplace for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Employees

Please join Morris, Manning & Martin's Diversity Committee for a special panel discussion on LGBT employees in the workplace. Several members of the Atlanta business and legal communities will share their thoughts and experiences on this topic.The panel will be followed by an opportunity for questions and further discussion during the cocktail reception.

Panelists will include:

• Ruth Hollingsworth, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics - PRIDE Employee Resource Group President at Lockheed

• "Ally Programs": Education of and for straight allies in shaping workplace climates
• Stonewall Bar Association: What they do and how they do it
