Future Leader Group Program

Session 1:  Lunch & Learn

October 3rd 2012
11:30 am – 2:00 pm
London, Ontario

This session sets the foundation for the entire program and provides a refresher to help us separate the three components that make up family owned and operated companies – ownership, family, and business.  Understanding their interactions and boundaries are key to achieving success within those circles as well as finding balance for a work/life strategies moving forward.  This session will provide examples of those strategies, help you define boundaries and communicate them to others, and identify some of the key structures that other successful family owned and operated families around the world have implemented to help them succeed.
