Our next stop will be an Italian Feast at DiSalvo’s Trattoria! The DiSalvo family has created a very special menu for our group that will take us on a culinary journey to Southern Italy and Sicily.
We'll start with a Welcome Reception in the bar area where cocktails and house wines will be priced at just $5. Once we're seated in the inviting and comfortable dining room featuring family photographs from the Old World, we'll start with an array of appetizers, served family style...and the feast and the fun begins. Overheard at our sold-out dinner table at Cabana: "This is THE best Chimichuri Sauce I've ever eaten in my life!", and "I definitely want to come back to this restaurant!" and "Oh My God - these Empanadas are insane!" Thanks to Mario, Carlo and the awesome staff at Cabana. We loved every minute of it!

As you can see by the smiling faces, a great time was had by all who attended our dinner at
Tabica Grill! Claire & Deena took great care of us in the dining room as Chef David & Paco prepared our 5-course feast! Kudos to Jeff Moore and his staff and many thanks to all who attended! Photos by Art Rogers.

A fantastic time was had by over 40 guests who enjoyed the friendly culinary battle
between husband and wife, John & Sally Stilley who showcased their own versions
of each course. It was difficult to decide which was best as all 5 of the courses were winners.
John's Cedar Plank Halibut and Sally's Vegan Nut Loaf with Sage Gravy were outstanding!
Many thanks to all who attended and to the Stilley's and their fantastic staff!
