Websites:  We all think that once we get one up we can sit back and wait for a flood of business to come rushing through our pages.  That never happens.

Websites:  We all think when people find ours, they'll love our stuff as much as we do and hang on to every word written there.  That never happens.

Websites:  We all think that our visitors come from the same source and follow a logical path.  That doesn't happen, either.

What does happen, exactly?  Google Analytics can tell you.  Any website can and should have Google Analytics installed.  Every website owner should have at least basic knowledge of how to use this tool and what all the data means.

P2C2 is pleased to host guest speaker, Bud Gibson. Bud Gibson is a professor of Computer Information Systems at Eastern Michigan University's College of Business where he developed the applied program in search marketing and web analytics. He is currently developing applications that use the social cloud to enhance university instruction.

Bud has a PhD from Carnegie-Mellon University, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a BS from Georgetown University. His international business experience spans North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.  While Bud's education and experience is extensive, he maintains the ability to break complex topics down into terms a non technical audience can easilly understand and apply
