Amy Siskind is a nationally known spokesperson, writer and Co-founder and President of The New Agenda, a national organization working on women's issues. A regular featured contributor at The Huffington Post and The Daily Beast, as well as a successful Wall Street executive, Amy is an expert on helping women and girls advance and speaks to women about economic empowerment. She serves on Cornell University’s highly prestigious President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW).

Monica Emerson: Founder & Principle Monica E. Emerson, LLC Monica served as a former Executive Director of Global Diversity at Chrysler Group LLC and served as the first Navy Diversity Officer for the U.S. Dept of the Navy. Monica started Monica E. Emerson, LLC in 2008 to assists organizations in optimizing individual and organizational performance through diversity and inclusion. Her company provides extensive expertise and authoritative leadership, global diversity strategy design, development and implementation.
Judy Pearson: Award winning writer and Founder of Courage Concepts, an organization that cultivates courage in women, Pearson provides workshops and keynotes for corporations and organizations. A graduate of Michigan State University, Pearson has written nearly a hundred newspaper and magazine articles. In addition, she has published three books. The first two are biographies about ordinary people who exhibited extraordinary courage: Belly of the Beast: a POW’s Inspiring True Story of Faith, Courage and Survival, and Wolves at the Door: the True Story of America’s Greatest Female Spy. The latter has been optioned for a movie.
Amy Siskind: Our Keynote will join the discussion and share her journey as a successful Wall street executive and how she became the first female Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella at the age of 31, and later ran trading departments at Morgan Stanley and Imperial Capital, where she was also a partner. Equilla Wainwright: Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She was named to her present position in June of 2008 after joining the Blues in 2007 as Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion.
With combined experience in Human Resources Management and passion for diversity, Equilla has forged the introduction of diversity initiatives and cultivated innovative approaches to creating inclusive business environments. She now integrates this experience in her efforts to implement sustainable internal and external diversity programs across the state.
Equilla serves on the boards of The Michigan Roundtable for Diversity & Inclusion, Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan, Black Family Development, Inc. and the Music Hall. She is also a board member emeritus of Women Looking Ahead News magazine in Atlanta Georgia. Equilla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and has completed graduate work at Central Michigan University.

Kim Carson is also the author of Essence of Life: A Compilation of Inspiration, Story and Poem and Kim’s biography written by author Ric Beniscutto, Hotlined From Heaven: The Kim Carson Story, are both available at book stores and online. Her monthly inspirational feature Conversations With Kim can be found in Women’s Lifestyle Magazine and she also has a greeting card line she has created called Conversations With Kim that include the Church Signs Series and the Near Jerusalem Project, who she collaborated on with Israeli artist Ofer Mizrachi. Kim, lends her support to the ACS Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Autism Support of Kent County and Crash’s Landing Animal Shelter, just to name a few. *wikipedia
