Business survival today is creating the positive experience necessary to make sure the customer will come back and spend money again. Therefore, this session is to introduce participants to the importance of service, and the resulting experience for their customers. A session to confirm the potential of the internet and computers for marketing, sales, prospecting, and advertising. In addition guidance is provided about setting up a web presence, targeting the customer and the decisions/directions necessary for the small business person to develop their web site as part of a total marketing strategy to include Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Key Words, etc...for recognition by google.
