July 12th Free Health Seminar: First Aid & Safety 

There is nothing more frightening than an unexpected emergency situation, other than not being able to help.  Are you prepared for an emergency at your home, work or school? Join us to learn basic first aid and safety tips to help you be ready to assist when needed.  

You will also be introduced to the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), the portable electronic device found in many public places that automatically diagnoses cardiac events and can defibrillate while you are waiting for EMS.  

Please note, this is not a certification class.  We will provide you information on how and where to get certified.
