REFIT MASTER CLASS WEEKEND

The REFIT Team (formerly Hot Z Team) from Waco, Texas will present four spectacular events in ROCHESTER, NY this fall: Two Master Classes, One Learning Lab and One Kids event!

Each Master Class will have completely different choreography, so you'll want to attend both!

Event 1: Kickin' It OLD SCHOOL Fitness Master Class: This 90-minute Master Class is full of high energy routines found on the REFIT YouTube Channel! Get out those dancing shoes and come prepared to ROCK IT OUT with your old school favorites!

Event 2: Kids Event "Faith, Fitness & Fun": Join the REFIT Team for a kid-friendly hour of faith, fitness and fun!  Ages 6 - 12, of all dance levels are welcome to join (no previous experience needed)! The REFIT kid-class will focus on age appropriate movement, introduce basic elements of fitness and infuse faith concepts through song, dance and group interaction.

Event 3: Learning Lab: The REFIT Team will conduct a Learning Lab open to fitness instructors, dance leaders and anyone interested in understanding methods of group fitness instruction. This two hour session is designed to help on all fronts such as: designing and structuring a fitness class with faith in mind; how to grow your class by using social media; how to increase your instructorship with confidence and style; how to bond the values of faith and fitness. Each participant will walk away with greater confidence in creating, building, and sustaining his or her own fitness class!

Event 4: Feelin' It NEW SCHOOL Fitness Master Class: Prepare to engage your minds and bodies as the REFIT Team delivers an action-packed 90-minute Master Class. New moves and new groves will inspire you...there will be NO song repeats from Event 1, so join us for both events!

Reminder: Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of the event start time in order to allow for registration and check-in. There is a limited amount of space, so please register early! Promotional ReFit items available for purchase at each event.

Kid's Faith, Fitness & Fun Event - FREE

All prices increase by $5 the day of the event. Walk-ins welcome if room available!
