Christine Horner, M.D.
Join us in educating area women about preventing breast cancer with nationally known surgeon and speaker, Dr. Christine Horner. Dr. Horner is a board certified surgeon and plastic surgeon. Dr. Horner spearheaded a 5 years crusade to require insurance companies to pay for reconstructive post-mastectomy surgery, signed into law 1998.

After seeing a sharp rise in young women diagnosed with breast cancer, she wrote Waking the Warrior Goddess: Dr. Horner’s Program to Protect Against and Fight Breast Cancer. She has participated in Oprah’s Angel Network and been interviewed by health experts, such as Dr. Oz and Dr. Mercola, many times on TV, radio, webcasts and national health magazines.
