Training appointments are available M-F 5:30am to 9pm, Sat/Sun 8am to 6:00pm.

ALL 4 of the "Get Fit for Life" program tiers (see below) include the following amenities:
- Access to 121 Fitness Center for 8-weeks
- Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

In support of CWRU employee wellness, 121 Fitness offers 50% off for the first 20 eligible CWRU employees to register. (Open to new participants first, remaining slots can be filled by former participants if spaces are available. You must be a benefits-eligible CWRU employee to receive the discount.)

Choose to Lose! Our successful 8-week exercise program that includes 30-min personal training sessions each week focusing on weight loss. Price starts at $13.75/wk (121 members and CWRU employees receive discounts). Do you need to lose 20+ pounds and want a program focused on nutrition? Get Active! Our successful 8-week exercise program that includes 30-min personal training sessions each week focusing on toning or muscle building. Price starts at $13.75/wk (121 member and CWRU employees receive discounts).
Basic! This tier includes the amenities listed above, without personal training or individual nutritional coaching. Price is $12.50/wk for CWRU employees and $25/wk for non-CWRU employees.
