Each year we are reaching new levels with our leadership program and have a lineup of inspiring topics and outstanding presenters. Set at the beautiful Lakeway Resort & Spa, situated on the shores of Lake Travis, we are preparing to offer you an interactive, experiential learning and unique networking event focused on professional and personal leadership development.
The health care industry and rural healthcare facilities need leaders and staff who are poised and energized to move their organizations to the next level. This learning and networking event is designed for leaders focused on organizational development and improvement, as well as individuals who want to challenge themselves to enhance their skills, pursue excellence and continue their voyage towards self-discovery and success.

"Leading with Your Strengths" Pre-Conference Interactive Workshop
Presented by: Dr. Geoffrey Tumlin, President of On-Demand Leadership
Wednesday, Sept. 5 from 9:30am – 12:00pm
In partnership with On-Demand Leadership, we are pleased to offer this year a special pre-conference course for those interested in discovering their innate leadership strengths. The 2.5 hour course titled, "Leading with Your Strengths," uses the book Strengths-Based Leadership, which comes with a scientifically sound online strengths assessment to help you uncover your areas of natural leadership strength. The results from your assessment will be used as the foundation from where you will learn much more about your leadership strengths, about what your strengths suggest for your natural leadership style, and how you can use an understanding of your innate strengths to improve your overall leadership effectiveness.
Registration Information: Once you register, you will receive a copy of the book in the mail with instructions how to complete the online assessment prior to the class on September 5. Please include the address that you w
ant the book sent to.
Cost: This pre-con course is $20 per participant (includes the book and the assessment). Availability is limited.
Note: Cost not included in conference registration fee.
TLMI Awards Luncheon (Thursday, Sept. 6)
This new addition to our program will recognize hospital staff and rural hospitals for their outstanding leadership and community involvement.

Continuing Education Credit
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants, which can be used to claim CE credits from professional associations and state licensing boards. This program provides nine hours of CE units for CPAs from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy: sponsor # 04763; and nine hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
