Even if you have an accountant you need this course!

        You can do you own taxes, billing, payroll and banking plus get control of your finances
         in-house. This class thoroughly explains the basics and provides the program to set up
         your company finances in class.

•     Learn to manage your money in and money out.   
  
•     Learn the basics of setting up your companies chart of accounts
   

•     Learn how QuickBooks will help you company be much more effective and efficient. 

•     Learn how to automate your company finical records. 

•     Learn how to track income and expense. 

•     Learn how to create invoices, record payments, write checks, record expenses,
      compute payroll, calculate withholding and build a customer list all in your own  
      program.
  
    You will receive a disk which you can save your work from class. This class is a joint venture
     between SCORE and the Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF). Participants will use the CEF onsite
     computers and training space for the class.
  
    The course requirement!!!!
    You must have basic computer skills, must be familiar with Windows Programs and be able to
    use a mouse and computer keyboard. . The instructor will not teach  any basic computer skills.

            Your expert instructor:
            Sydney Lapidus: Sydney has extensive business experience, participates in small business 
            counseling, and uses QuickBooks daily with her own business clients.

           
           Note: Class sign in is open at 5:30 pm. Access to the building must be
           accomplished before 6:00 pm. If you arrive between 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm
           and the door is locked please call the number listed on the door. Unfortunately
           after 6:15 access will be denied
      
                           Class size is limited to 10 persons with no exceptions or walk-ins.
                   Participants MUST register and pay on line to confirm a seat in the class.
