Join us for this educational event to hear about the latest news and products.  Learn how by working with CHFA, FHA, RD, VA, and regional down payment assistance partners, you can help attract and support new clients.

• CHFA programs and guidelines;
• FHA/CHFA joint programs including FHA 203(b), 203(k), Streamlined (k), and energy efficient mortgages;

• RD will discuss recent program updates; and
• CHAC's down payment assistance

Four (4) hours of continuing education credit will be awarded to Colorado real estate brokers and agents upon successful completion of the event.  CHFA Participating Lenders will receive approved 2 hours of mandatory CHFA Lender training.
