WTS-Sacramento Celebrates Caltrans Director Malcolm Dougherty 

Please join us for hor d'oeuvres, lively beverages, and mingling with friends as WTS-Sacramento welcomes Malcolm Dougherty as the Director of Caltrans.  The reception will be held on the beautiful Metropolitan Terrace (7th floor) of the Citizen Hotel in downtown Sacramento, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.

Don't forget those wallets and purses at home as we will have some fun raffle prizes to benefit the WTS-Sacramento Scholarship Fund.
