Who Can Exhibit and Speak:
If your company has products, services, or equipment that can help military airbases and regional airports protect their facilities, aircraft, personnel, and assets against the forces of nature, then you are invited to exhibit and speak at this year's event. NOTE: Time constrains this event to a maximum of 15 guest speakers! We give priority to obtaining at least one guest speaker / presentaion for each category of natural forces protection capability.

Hurricanes - Tropical Storms - Tornados - Snow / Ice Storms - Fire
Earthquakes and Seismic Activity - Lightning - Floods
Targeted Audience:
Attending and participating in this event will be representatives from commerical aviation, municpal and regional airports. Army Corps of Engineer districts, Air Force civil engineering squadrons, construction support agencies, and Naval Facilities Engineering Command representatives will attend. Also attending will be both prime contractors and small businesses authorized to perform contract work at airports and military airbases across the United States. (These companies frequently partner with product manufacturers and service providers for completion of construction / rennovation projects.)

Exhibitor & Speaker Presentation Fee:
$2,875 per exhibitor / corporate speaker. Fee includes 8 x 10 exhibit space with skirted table, chairs, electrical hookup, and a 20 minute time slot to make your presentation to the general audience. Assignment of speaking timeslots and location of exhibit area is based on order in which a company signs up. Time constrains this event to a maximum of 15 exhibitors / speakers. Exhibitors can bring up to three employees to staff their exhibit area and participate in the event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted prior to September 1, 2012. A $125 cancellation fee will be applied to offset administration costs associated with the cancellation. No cancellation refunds can be offered after September 1st, 2012.
