OUR MISSION

At SOS Children’s Villages Illinois, we build families.  We provide a stable home in a
supportive, community environment designed to help children in need grow into caring,
productive, and self-reliant adults.

SOS Children’s Villages Illinois is the largest, non-denominational child care agency in the world with over 500 Villages in 132 countries.  Currently, we serve hundreds of at-risk youth, foster children, and many of Illinois’ most vulnerable families at three sites: one located in the City of Lockport, a far southwest suburb of Chicago, and two located in the City of Chicago, in the Auburn-Gresham and Back of the Yards neighborhoods.
