Golden Isles Stand Up Paddleboarding Classic 

The 3rd Annual Golden Isles SUP Classic is a moderate-length competitive and short race organized and hosted by Whitecap Stand Up Paddleboarding and Paddle & Putt. What will make this event unique is one’s entry fee for the SUP race will include a free ticket to the McGladrey Classic golf tournament, and -- get this! We anticipate some big-time media attention to the event, too. TV, magazines, some possible celebrities. Come enjoy the typically perfect early fall weather of the Golden Isles both on the water --one of the prettiest places on the East Coast.

The Short 3-mile course will have 3 divisions with a  Men's and Women’s class in each:

• 12' 5" Stock/Surf Board Shapes
• 12’6” and under RACE-shape boards
• 14' Race Shape

The Open 7-mile competition course will have 4 divisions with a Men’s and Woman’s class in each :

• 12' 5" (surf/stock)
• 12' 6"  (Race- shape boards)
• 14’
• Unlimited

Other races:

• Dog-on-Board race
• Kids’ race  (15 and Under)

Trophies and/or prizes to all division winners.   

Race entry fee includes free ticket to the McGladrey Classic, t-shirt and lunch.
