HIPAA COW 2012 Fall Conference 

HIPAA COW is pleased to announce its 2012 Fall Conference: Calculating the Impact of HIPAA!
 

Registration Fees

  • $75 - Student Rate (Valid for all actively enrolled students)*
  • $125 - Early Bird Rate (until September 28th)
  • $150 - Regular Rate (after September 28th)

*To qualify for this special student rate, you must be actively enrolled as a student. A valid student ID must be presented upon arrival at onsite registration, or you will be required to pay at check-in the difference ($75) to the full conference rate.

 

Hotel Reservations

Room reservations for this event must be made by individual attendees.  

The standard room rate for Thursday evening is $95 for  reservations made on or before Thursday, September 27th.  After this date, the room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.  

You can make your room reservation in one of two ways:

By Phone:  Please call 1(800)333-3333 and ask to make a reservation at the Appleton Radisson on College Avenue.  Then request a room in the HIPAA COW block.  

Online: CLICK HERE to be taken to the Radisson online registration system.  

**Parking: Please note that there are 2 parking structures attached to the hotel. The fee to park in these ramps is $2 for the day.
