On May 15th the National Alzheimer’s Plan was released the first ever national strategic plan to deal with the Alzheimer’s crisis. Join the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, in partnership with the Delaware Academy of Medicine, for a Town Hall to discuss the National Alzheimer’s Plan, how it may affect you and your community and voice your opinion about what is required to implement a strong national plan and what we need to do at the state level to fight Alzheimer’s disease.
