RauchZweibel is made with heirloom Hereford pork from Lake Geneva, and seasoned with smoked sea salt and onion for a taste you won't soon forget.
We are going to be serving up oodles of this newest salami of ours, along with an assortment of cheeses and butter from Wisconsin's own LaClare Farms, with cheesemaker Katie Hedrich in attendance as well. An assortment of righteous breads from Milwaukee's Rocket Baby Bakery will be there, so everyone can make little sandwiches on the spot (known as "brotzeit" in German).
And yes, the whole assortment of beers from Lakefront Brewery will be available at the cash bar.
