36th VJJA Fall Institute
"Building our Foundations"

For years, VJJA’s Fall Institute has been the premier professional development event of the year. The 36th Fall Institute, “Building our Foundations”, promises to follow that tradition. Participants will hear from nationally recognized speakers, participate in training, and network.  

VJJA is happy to offer exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities for your organization to support the Fall Institute. This is a members only event, even for exhibitors and sponsors.

EXHIBITOR/SPONSORSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS:

PLATINUM SPONSOR: (ONLY ONE PER EVENT)

The Platinum Sponsorship of $10,000 receives the following benefits:

• Recognized as THE Platinum Sponsor for the Fall Institute, and will receive exclusivity as the only platinum sponsor. Your organization will have the PREMIER location for your exhibit with no additional fee for electricity. Your organization will be recognized throughout the Institute's training and social events, and listed as the Platinum Sponsor in all promotions associated with the Institute. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the VJJA Fall Institute t-shirt, which will be given to all participants. Your logo will also be prominently displayed throughout the Institute. Your organization will be recognized with the presentation of a sponsor plaque. For your Platinum Sponsorship, your organization will receive a Full-Page Ad in the Institute Program, and in the VJJA Quarterly Newsletter, The Advocate. Your logo will also be displayed on the www.vjja.net throughout the year as THE Platinum VJJA Sponsor. Your organization will receive 10 annual VJJA memberships for 10 employees of your choice. Your organization will also receive a list of all Institute participants and contact information.  If you are interested in being THE Platinum Sponsor, please contact me immediately as this honor is limited to one organization, and is awarded on a first come first serve basis.

 THE GOLD SPONSOR:

The Gold Sponsorship of $5,000 receives the following benefits:

• Recognized as a Gold Sponsor in all promotions associated with the Institute, and during the Institute. Your organization will receive prime location for your exhibit, with no additional fee for electricity. Your organization will be displayed on the Sponsor List, and your logo will be displayed on the VJJA Fall Institute t-shirt, that will be given to all participants. Your logo will be displayed on the supporter's page of www.vjja.net throughout the year. Your organization will recieve a Full-Page Ad in the Institute Program. Your organization will receive 8 annual VJJA memberships for 8 employees of your choice, and your organization will be presented with a Gold Sponsor Plaque.

THE SILVER SPONSOR:

The Silver Sponsorship of $2,500 receives the following benefits:

• Recognized as a Silver Sponsor during the Institute. Your organization will receive favorable location for your exhibit, with no additional fee for electricity. Your organization will be displayed on the Sponsor List, and your logo will be included on the VJJA Fall Institute t-shirt, that will be given to all participants. Your logo will be displayed on the supporter's page of www.vjja.net throughout the year. Your organization will recieve a half-page ad in the Institute Program. Your organization will receive 5 annual VJJA memberships for 5 employees of your choice, and your organization will be presented with a Silver Sponsor Plaque.

THE BRONZE SPONSOR:

The Bronze Sponsorship of $1,000 receives the following benefits:

• Recognized as a Bronze Sponsor during the Institute. Your organization will receive advantageous location for your exhibit, with no additional fee for electricity. Your organization will be displayed on the Sponsor List, and your logo will be included on the VJJA Fall Institute t-shirt, that will be given to all participants. Your logo will be displayed on the supporter's page of www.vjja.net throughout the year. Your organization will recieve a half-page ad in the Institute Program. Your organization will receive 3 annual VJJA memberships for 3 employees of your choice, and your organization will be presented with a Bronze Sponsor Plaque.

EVENT EXHIBITOR/SUPPORTER:

Event Exhibitor/Supporters will receive the following benefits for their $500:

• Recognized as exhibitor/supporter during the Institute, in the Institute Program, and included in the Boothe Bingo. Your organization will receive a table for your exhibit for the two-day event. There will be an additional fee of $50.00 for electricity. There will also be a fee of $50.00 for each additional exhibit attendant, plus $20.00 per peson if said person is not already a member.

ALL Event Exhibitors and Event Sponsors must be a member of VJJA. ALL supporter fees include being invited to lunch on both days, being invited to the social, and being invited to attend all training sessions.

THE VENUE

The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, 901 Prices Fork Road, Blacksburg, VA 24061  540.231.8000 or 877.200.3360 or at www.innatvirginiatech.com. A limited number of rooms are available at a special conference rate ($95), when using group code: Justice 2012  Room sharing is encouraged to maximize space and budgets.  Once The Inn at VA Tech reaches capacity, the overflow hotel is the Holiday Inn-University Blacksburg, located at 900 Prices Fork Rd. That hotel can be reached at 540-552-7015 and has the same room rate ($95).    

 Make checks and money orders payable to VJJA.  Returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Deadline: Extended to October 15, 2012

About the Event Host
Founded in 1966, the Virginia Juvenile Justice Association is an organization of professionals representing court services, the judiciary, detention homes, correctional facilities, group homes, indigent defense, social services, education, law enforcement and other groups with an interest in youth and family services.  The organization is administered by an elected board, and is committed to continually elevating the quality of practice in the juvenile justice field and advancing the professional interests and competencies of its members.
