Suzanne Boy, Esq. from Henderson, Franklin Attorney at Law - Suzanne  concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. She has experience representing employers in both federal and state courts, and has litigated actions under a variety of employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, whistleblower statutes, and all types of retaliation. Suzanne frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on various employment matters, and serves as the lead writer of the firm’s Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog.

Dennis L. Webb, Esq. from Webb & Scarmozzino Attorneys at Laws - Dennis has more than 30 years of trial experience, having tried more than 75 jury trials. He now limits his trial practice to complex Personal Injury cases and Labor & Employment cases

Jenna Persons, Esq. from Strayhorn & Persons, P.L. Attorneys and Counselors at Law. Jenna practice is predominantly in the fields of administative law, land use and civil litigation.  

Christina Harris Schwinn, Esq. from Pavese Law Firm.  Christina joined the firm in 2005. Her primary practice areas are employment law, business transactions, community association law and real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as General Counsel for two large companies that provided human resource and staffing services: Christina has a University of Miami, Master of Laws, Real Property Development and Finance Law, And Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, Master of Laws, Employment Law 

Emcee: Vera Bergermann, Esq. from Bergermann Law Firm.  Vera has been practicing law for 32 years. Her chosen areas are family law, mediation, and foreclosure defense. She holds a master's degree in taxation and, prior to opening her Ft. Myers office in 1996, Vera worked in the corporate sector for GE, UNISYS, Nortel, and ITT and had a private tax practice.
