Room reservations for this event must be made by individual attendees.

The discounted room rate is $119 single/double for reservations made by August 29th, 2012. After this date, the room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please make your room reservation by Phone. Please call 1(800)356-8293 and request a room in the Wisconsin HFMA room block.

*Please note: Limited parking is available in the parking structure under the Concourse Hotel at a rate of $7 per day.
