Sometimes, children who have autism have delays in learning life skills. As patient as parents are, we would all like to learn ways to help our children achieve more independence. The absensce of these skills affect the quality of life of everyone in the family. This two hour workshop will present some strategies for helping children learn these important life skills. As always, we will be looking through the "autism lens" of teaching, to help you as a parent figure out what accommodations and modifications may be needed to help your child be successful.
Light refreshments will be served. No child care at this event.
