Breathe, Relax and Renew for the new school semester!
Join us for an interactive workshop to learn meditation and breathing techniques that will help you to manage stress and relax the body and mind.
We’ll briefly review the physiology of the stress and relaxation responses and the definition of meditation, but most of the time will be devoted to the practice of relaxation and stress management techniques that can be easily integrated into your daily activities.
This session will be facilitated by Dawn Miller, MA. RYT.
