FREE Employee Wellness Intro to Cycle Class!

Have you always wanted to try indoor cycling, or have you tried a few classes but aren't sure you are setting up the bike or following the instructions correctly? This class is designed for you!

Indoor cycling is a popular, low-impact, cardiovascular exercise with high calorie burn. It is performed on a stationary bike with music in a class format led by a certified instructor. Classes safely takes you through simulated routes with hills, sprints and more.

Cycling is a great work out option for many reasons:

  • Safe on your joints and back for those who find it difficult to walk, run or do other exercises.
  • A great option for those who cannot afford the equipment (or time) to ride outdoors.
  • Perfect for those who are new to exercise. There is no choreography or difficult moves, and your resistance and pace can be adjusted to be as hard or easy as you make it.
  • Builds lower body strength and strengthens your core.
  • Led by a certified instructor to make the class fun and safe, and the group setting is very motivating and will push you to achieve more than you would on your own!

Join CWRU's Elise Falatach to learn how to safely set up your cycle bike, proper positions and techniques, and how to adjust your resistance so you have the most effective and safe workout!

This class is limited to 38 participants. If the class is full, please email to be put on the wait list.
