One of the most misunderstood baked items is bread.  Everyone thinks it is very difficult and nothing could be further from the truth.  Once you learn the basics of bread making, you will enjoy a lifetime of fresh, warm, homemade bread.  Ditch the chemicals, coloring and stabilizers and teat your family to one of the most basic pleasures: homemade bread!

Join us on Saturday, December 1 and learn the basics of bread from our pastry chef, Keith Irwin.  The class will be immediately followed by a special lunch with the instructor.  The lunch is included in the price of the class!
