Something magical happened in a rural Alabama community in March of this year.
The small town of Monroeville printed its newspaper in Chinese and erected billboards with words of welcome. A dynamic group of business leaders, academics and government officials came together to welcome Chinese businesses to Alabama.
Because of its resounding success, the March Symposium is considered a milestone in the hhistory of U.S.-China business relations. Accolades and global television coverage aside, the heart of the March Symposium was a no-holds-barred dialogue on Chinese enterprise in America. There were over 30 speakers, ample networking opportunities, entertainment, and of course, a lot of Southern hospitality. Take a look at what people are saying about the Alabama China Partnership Symposium by clicking here.
This September, the Alabama China Partnership Fall Symposium will be bigger and better. The two-day symposium on September 26th and 27th will host top speakers tackling the latest global issues, including U.S. expansion for Chinese companies, foreign direct investment, corporate best practices, and lessons learned in the process. We’ll also meet with many communities in the Southeast.
It is our honor to invite you to join us at the Alabama China Partnership Fall Symposium.
We look forward to welcoming you.
