Managing Credit and Debt 

These workshops offer a step-by-step guide to organizing your personal finances so you can save money for the future while you pay off debt today. You will learn debt reduction strategies, how to use credit to your best advantage and how to create your own personal debt repayment plan.

All prospective homebuyers seeking to obtain a certificate of First Time Homebuyer Education and utilize San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing's down payment assistance programs (DALP) must complete a total of six hours of homebuyer education in conjunction with two hours of 1:1 homebuyer counseling. All education and counseling must be completed within the same HUD certified housing counseling agency in order to obtain certifcate.
